The Olympus Ascent is not a curriculum; it is a carefully calibrated two-year metamorphosis. This journey is architected in three distinct phases, each designed to systematically build you from a raw Apprentice into a battle-tested Contender, and finally, into a resourceful Leader. Each stage has its own trials, its own crucible, and its own definition of victory, pushing you to master new skills and a new version of yourself.

PHASE I: THE APPRENTICE — FORGING THE FOUNDATION
(September 2026 - February 2027)
The journey begins in the mythic landscape of Greece. This intensive six-month bootcamp is designed to forge your foundational toolkit. It’s a period of rapid skill acquisition where you will be immersed in two parallel worlds: the limitless digital frontier and the raw, unforgiving beauty of the natural world. The goal is to deconstruct your role as a passive consumer of technology and rebuild you as a powerful and active creator.

3D Design & FPV Drones: Master the fundamentals of digital design and learn to pilot high-speed drones to capture cinematic, world-class footage.

Filmmaking & Music Production: Gain the core competencies of a media producer—from scriptwriting and scoring to shooting and editing.

Outdoor Expedition Training: The mountains and forests of Greece will be your first proving ground. You will develop resilience, risk-management skills, and small-team leadership through a series of challenging outdoor quests, including:

Multi-day alpine hiking and camping expeditions.

Introduction to free skiing and mountain safety.

Outcome of Phase I: You emerge as a multi-skilled creator with a significant portfolio of work and the unshakeable confidence that comes from thriving outside your comfort zone.
PHASE II: THE CONTENDER — THE CRUCIBLE AT SEA
(March - July 2027 & September - October 2027)
This is where theory is pressure-tested by reality. The cohort transitions from the mountains to the sea, becoming the official Olympus Racing Team. Your mission is to transform from individuals into a formidable offshore crew and compete in two of Europe's most prestigious 600-nautical-mile offshore races. Simultaneously, you will undertake your capstone media project: producing a feature-length documentary of your own odyssey.

Elite Maritime Campaign: You will undergo intensive, hands-on training aboard our fleet of Dehler 30 OD racing yachts, mastering everything from navigation and strategy to sail trim and storm tactics under the guidance of world-class sailors.

The Aegean 600 (July): Your first major test. A non-stop, 600-nautical-mile race against seasoned professionals through the mythic and challenging waters of the Aegean Sea.

The Rolex Middle Sea Race (October): The pinnacle of your racing campaign. You will compete in one of the world's most revered offshore classics, a trial of endurance and strategy that will push the team to its absolute limit.

Feature Documentary Production: With the guidance of our professional media partners, you will be in charge of every aspect of producing your film—scripting the narrative, capturing the action at sea, and telling the human story of your team's journey.

Outcome of Phase II: You emerge as a battle-tested contender—a resilient leader forged by the sea, with a world-class racing resume and the raw footage for a powerful film.
PHASE III: THE LEADER — MASTERY & MENTORSHIP
(November 2027 - May 2028)
The final phase is about consolidating your skills, achieving peak performance, and stepping into the role of a leader. Having conquered the sea, the focus shifts to intellectual mastery and passing on your hard-won knowledge. This stage cements your transformation, ensuring you are ready not just for university, but for a life of impact.

IB Diploma Excellence: The final straight is dedicated to achieving academic excellence. With the support of the Athena Mentor, you will consolidate two years of learning to maximize your potential in the final IB examinations.

Film Post-Production: You will move into the editing suite, working with our media partners to cut, score, and finalize your feature-length documentary. This is where you transition from adventurer to polished producer, crafting your story for a global audience.

Mentoring the Next Generation: Having completed the ascent, you become the veteran. You will act as mentors, role models, and advisors to the new cohort of Apprentices, passing down your wisdom, offering guidance on their projects, and helping to shape the future of the Quest.
Outcome of Phase III: You graduate as a resourceful pioneer, armed with a top-tier IB Diploma, a professional producer credit, a world-class racing resume, and the proven character of a leader who has been tested, tempered, and triumphed.
